Bus Transportation
As a responsible student, it is important to do your Personal Best to model the LIFESKILL OF RESPONSIBILITY, CARING AND COOPERATION when riding the bus.
1. Follow instructions given by the bus driver.
2. Model appropriate conduct at all times.
3. Wait patiently when boarding and exiting the bus. Do so in an orderly fashion.
Violations of these rules may result in suspension of the bus riding privilege by the principal or transportation director. The bus driver will issue bus tickets for misbehavior on the bus. Parents will be contacted when students receive a bus ticket. Three tickets will result in suspension of transportation privileges.
BUS NOTES AND PASSES
If a student needs to take a different bus or get off at a different bus stop, parents need to send a signed and dated note to the office so that we can issue a bus pass. Except in the case of an emergency, please do not telephone the office for bus passes or leave messages for students.
Parents also need to send a note if their child will be picked up from school instead of riding the bus.
UNLESS YOUR CHILD BRINGS A SIGNED NOTE TO SCHOOL, HE/SHE WILL BE EXPECTED TO TAKE HIS/HER REGULAR BUS.
